If you’ve suffered a miscarriage, I want to personally tell you I’m so sorry for what you must be feeling right now. you've gone through so much and losing your baby and I know how you feel because I lost my baby at 20 weeks.
When I had my miscarriage, I felt guilty, deprerssed, and felt that this my miscarriage was my fault , and there could have been something I could have done to prevent this.
through writing, affirmations, mediattion, and coursework, I was able to get out of my depression, and realize that it wasn’t my fault.
I was also able to let go of the negative feelings that was preventing me from moving forward. I used process to result in negative emotions that I had and as a result brought none of them forward into my next pregnancy which was an incredibly happy experience.
